The price is $5.25 per pound (wet hanging weight)

plus a $140 slaughter fee.  We require a $500

deposit to hold your spot in line.  The price

includes processing/packaging.

We do not transport beef, so we will contact

you well in advance with the slaughter date so you

can coordinate with the butcher when to come

pick it up.

  

Expect the hanging weight to come in around 650-750 lbs.  About 60% of that weight will end up in your freezer.  One animal will fill a 14 cubic foot chest freezer.  Too much?  Consider sharing the meat and the cost with a friend.  The butcher can process each side per instruction.
