We discovered a bit of paradise in The Land Of A Hundred Valleys here in southern Oregon, so we purchased a handful of purebred Galloways with the intent of teaching our eight children how to be responsible and work hard. The jury is out on the kids, but it looks promising. The verdict is in on the cows.  As our herd grows, we are realizing that we have a fantastic beef product.  Our cows eat the grass of our own acreage year round. Period. No grain. No hormones. No antibiotics. From our family to yours, our venture here, our product here is natural, healthy and good.
